Massage therapy with intention - customized to soothe your body, calm your nervous system, and melt the stress away - using a blend of Swedish, deep tissue, craniosacral, and neuromuscular therapy techniques.  

Massage:

30 minutes - $30

60 minutes - $70

90 minutes - $100

All massages include aromatherapy, unless otherwise requested.

House calls for special occasions only. 

In person services are provided in various locations in the south hills of Pittsburgh. 

Move your body to find your center — playful, grounding practices that reconnect you to your breath, body, and boundaries.

Yoga: 

60 minute private sessions - $70
